Hong Kong Surgery is a CORNERSTONE® accredited general practice, which offers you a full range of family medical services in the heart of the Panmure.

You can enrol with us by downloading an enrolment form and send it to us along with a copy of your passport or birth certificate, if you are a new patient and wish to become funded at Hong Kong Surgery. If you are a non New Zealand resident, on a student visa or any other visa of less than 2 years from date of entry you are not eligible. If you are an NZ Resident or on an eligible visa you will need to bring your passport with you for verification. Please complete all sections of the form, sign it and bring it with you to your first appointment.
